How do I get started?
Schedule a free discovery call, or fill out the contact form with your details and the service or package you’re interested in. We’ll follow up within one business day to confirm your package and get you onboarded.
What happens if I go over my monthly hours?
Additional hours are billed at $20/hour. We’ll always check in with you before going over your package limit, so there are no surprise charges.
Do unused hours roll over to the next month?
Hours are allocated monthly and do not roll over. Packages are designed around a consistent monthly workload, so let us know if your needs vary month to month and we can help you pick the right fit.
Is there a long-term contract?
No long-term commitment is required. Packages are billed monthly, and you’re free to adjust or cancel with notice as your needs change.
Can I switch packages later?
Yes. As your business grows or your workload changes, you can move between Basic, Standard, and Premium at any time — just message us and we’ll adjust your plan for the next billing cycle.
How do I pay, and is it secure?
Payments are processed through Wise, a secure international payment platform. We never collect or store your card details directly — Wise handles that on their own secure payment page.
How will we communicate day to day?
Most clients communicate via WhatsApp, email, or their preferred project management tool. We’ll agree on a communication rhythm during onboarding, including regular check-ins and progress reports.
What time zone do you work in?
We’re based in the Philippines and work remotely with clients across time zones, including the U.S. We structure task hand-offs and check-ins to fit your schedule, even without full real-time overlap.
Is my business information kept confidential?
Yes. All client information, account access, and business details are treated as strictly confidential and used only to complete the work agreed upon.
What if I’m not sure which package is right for me?
